Delete Account

Use this page to request deletion of your Qiqi Drama account and associated app data.

How To Request Deletion

Send a deletion request with the email, phone number, or user ID connected to your account. We may ask for confirmation before deleting the account to protect users from unauthorized deletion requests.

What Will Be Deleted

Account profile, login identity, watch history, app activity, coin balance, and related user records may be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for fraud prevention, payment records, tax, legal, or platform compliance.

In-App Deletion

If you can access the app, you can also request deletion from the account or settings menu.
