Welcome to Qiqi Drama. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Qiqi Drama mobile application, websites, APIs, account services, and related features (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide drama and episode playback, manage accounts, process purchases, deliver rewards, show ads, and improve the Service.

Information you provide

  • Account and profile information: name, username, email address, phone number, login identity, profile photo, gender, age, country, bio, and other profile details.
  • Authentication information: information provided through supported sign-in methods, including Google, Apple, email, phone, guest, or quick login.
  • Support communications: messages, attachments, contact details, and information included in your request.
  • User choices and activity: likes, reports, saved content, watch actions, referral use, and app settings.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and app information: device type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, language, network information, diagnostics, and crash information.
  • Usage information: dramas and episodes viewed, watch history, unlocked content, coin usage, VIP status, check-ins, rewards, and other interactions.
  • Approximate location: general location inferred from IP address, device settings, selected country, or app-store region.
  • Advertising information: advertising identifiers, impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad events, and related measurement information when ads are enabled.

Purchases and payments

Qiqi Drama may offer coins, VIP plans, subscriptions, or other digital goods. Android digital purchases distributed through Google Play are processed using Google Play Billing. We may store product ID, purchase token, order ID, provider, purchase and verification status, granted items, and transaction time.

We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Payment details are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create, authenticate, and manage accounts;
  • provide drama, episode, profile, coin, VIP, and reward features;
  • process and verify purchases and maintain purchase history;
  • unlock paid, VIP, or rewarded content;
  • provide daily, check-in, referral, and advertising rewards;
  • send service and account notifications;
  • prevent fraud, payment abuse, and unauthorized coin manipulation;
  • personalize content and improve reliability and performance;
  • provide customer support; and
  • comply with legal, accounting, security, and platform requirements.

We may use aggregated or anonymized information for analytics, reporting, and service improvement.

4. Ads and Rewarded Ads

The Service may display advertising through Google AdMob or other configured advertising partners. Ads may include banner, interstitial, native, or rewarded formats.

Rewards are intended to be granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. We may record reward history, reward identifiers, amounts, and daily limits to prevent abuse. Advertising partners may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app activity, and ad interactions under their own privacy policies.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • hosting, storage, database, analytics, notification, support, and other service providers;
  • Google Play for purchase processing and verification;
  • advertising and measurement partners when ads are enabled;
  • regulators, courts, or law enforcement when legally required or necessary to protect users and the Service;
  • parties involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets; and
  • other parties when you provide consent or direction.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion through the account/settings features in the app, by contacting support@qiqidrama.my.id, or through:

We may request verification before processing deletion. Account profile, login identity, watch history, app activity, and related records may be deleted or anonymized. Records required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or app store obligations may be retained where permitted.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain account and purchase records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, operate backups, and meet legal requirements. When no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymized as appropriate.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No online service, transmission, or database can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device and account credentials.

9. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed or stored in countries other than your country of residence. Where applicable, we take measures designed to protect information according to this Privacy Policy and relevant legal requirements.

10. Children and Minors

The Service is not intended for children below the minimum age required by applicable law. Minors should use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information without proper permission.

The Service may link to Google Play, ad networks, or external websites. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

14. App Store Disclosure Summary

Qiqi Drama may collect account and profile information, device identifiers, app activity, diagnostics, purchase history, advertising information, and support communications. These are used to operate the app, process purchases, deliver rewards, personalize and improve the Service, show and measure ads, prevent fraud, and provide support.

Android digital goods use Google Play Billing. Coin balances, rewards, and content access are managed through the Service backend to reduce fraud and unauthorized manipulation.
